Orders

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Group buys and pre-orders follow their own timelines, always listed on the product page.

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once it's packed and labeled, we can't make changes — but we'll do our best.

Yes — unused items in original packaging within 14 days. Custom and limited-run sets are final sale.

Product & Compatibility

KWAM keycaps use Cherry MX-compatible cross-mount stems, fitting 95%+ of mechanical keyboards. The stem type is listed on every product page.

All product pages list the profile. We produce in multiple profiles — SA, OEM, and our own KWAM-1 low-profile — so check before you buy.

Absolutely. That's the point. As long as profiles match, mix freely. Clashing colorways? That's a flex.

Returns & Issues

We're sorry. Email support@kwam.io with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right within one business day.

Send a photo to support@kwam.io and we'll ship a replacement — no need to return the damaged piece.
